Purchasing & Pricing

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe, as well as PayPal.

We offer refunds in accordance with our refund policy. Visit our refund policy page for full details.

Our products are standalone applications, each requiring its own license. Contact us if you need help choosing the right product for your workflow.

We don’t currently offer bundles, but check our product pages for current pricing.

Licensing & Activation

Each purchase generates a unique license key. When you first open the app, enter your key to activate it on that machine.

Machine limits vary by product and plan. Log into your account and visit the Licenses page to see your activation limits.

Deactivate your old machine from your account’s Licenses page, then activate on the new one using the same license key.

Check the confirmation email from your purchase, or log into your account to view all your license keys on the Licenses page.

Downloads & Installation

Log into your account and visit the Downloads page to access all your purchased software.

System requirements vary by product. Check the product page for Stemverter, 3vise, or Dupes for detailed requirements.

Right-click the app and select "Open", or go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click "Open Anyway". This is a standard macOS Gatekeeper prompt for apps downloaded outside the App Store.

All our apps check for updates automatically on launch. You can also check manually from the app’s menu bar.
