Terms of Service
Last updated: August 14, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the cflo inc. website (cfloinc.com) and software products. By purchasing or using our software, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.
1. Products and Licenses
cflo inc. sells digital software licenses for macOS applications including Crativity, Stemverter, 3vise, and Dupes. Licenses are personal, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable. You may not sell, share, or transfer your license to another person.
Subscriptions renew annually. You may cancel at any time by logging into your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
2. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by our payment providers, Stripe or PayPal, depending on how you pay.
3. No Returns on Digital Goods
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on software licenses once a license key has been issued. For exceptions, see our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use our software for advertising or commercial resale without written permission
- Transfer your account or license to another person
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
- Use our platform to post reviews that are false or misleading
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at contact@cfloinc.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
This section does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
7. Support
We care about our customers and we usually go well beyond what most software companies do. But support is provided as a courtesy, at our discretion, and is not part of what you purchase:
- Your license buys the software, not a service level. No support plan, response time, or resolution commitment is included or implied.
- We do not guarantee that any support request will be answered, or answered within any particular time.
- We may decline, limit, or end support for any request at our discretion, including requests that fall outside ordinary product use, involve third-party software, hardware, or files we did not create, or require more time than we can reasonably give.
- Responding to one request does not create an obligation to respond to any other.
- Support, when provided, is by email in English.
This section does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, cflo inc.'s total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our products shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim, or (b) $350 USD.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
9. Dispute Resolution
You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute by contacting us at contact@cfloinc.com. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in New Castle County, Delaware, United States. Any lawsuit must be filed within 1 year of the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any court proceedings shall be brought in New Castle County, Delaware.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email to admin@cfloinc.com. Continued use of our products after notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
