Refund Policy

No Returns on Digital Software
All sales of cflo inc. software (Crativity, Stemverter, 3vise, Dupes) are final. Because our products are digital goods and a license key is issued immediately upon purchase, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once a license has been delivered.
This applies to all products including desktop applications. There are no exceptions for change of mind, accidental purchase of the wrong product tier, or compatibility issues that were disclosed in our system requirements.
Exceptions
We handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You were charged twice for the same purchase (duplicate order)
- There was a billing error on our part
- The software was materially misrepresented in our marketing
To request an exception, email contact@cfloinc.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond within 5 business days.
Subscription Cancellations
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the current period. Your license remains active until the end of the billing period.
